Jeneil Williams in new Jean Paul Gaultier ad campaign

The stunning Jamaican Jeneil Williams is featured in Jean Paul Gaultier’s latest ad campaign which is inspired by his pop culture muses of the 70s and 80s.

I love the concept with Jeneil as Grace Jones, Hannelore Knuts as David Bowie, Ginta Lapina as Madonna (wearing a spin on Madonna’s iconic conical bra which Gaultier himself made) and Maria Kashleva as Boy George.

That said, if I had a dollar for every Grace Jones homage (both the good, bad and terrible)… well… I’d have a fair piece of change. Are there no other black fashion muses? Whatcha trying to say fashion industry? *side eye*
